Nokia Lumia 928 And 822 Get Windows Phone 8.1 Update

If you have a Nokia Lumia 822 or a Nokia Lumia 928 with Verizon Wireless, then you might be pleased as a to hear that the mobile carrier intends to roll out the latest Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1, where it will be along with the Nokia Lumia Denim. The updates will throw in the likes of Cortana, which is Windows Phone’s digital assistant, choosing background image for your Start screen, adding two or three of Live Tiles columns, Word Flow keyboard, Action Center notification panel, and updates to the Nokia Camera app.

You can download Update 1 on your device manually by going to Settings > Phone Updates, although the actual update may not come until later today. Stay tuned.
