LG is sticking to its release plans for its 2020 lineup of 4K TVs. The company announced that its new OLED lineup of 4K TVs is starting to roll out. The 48CX model sticker price will be $1,499, and it’s slated to go on sale in late June.
The OLED 48-inch TV size is a first-timer for LG, it comes with a high resolution, and a pixel density compares to a 96-inch 8K display. The TV also packed NVIDIA’s G-Sync tech for tear-free high framerate PC gaming, LG noted on their site that “FreeSync may not be available at the time of purchase of this product”.
As for features, the TV can handle up to 120fps 4K content using Dolby Vision or HDR10, enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC), auto low latency mode (ALLM), and variable refresh rate (VRR).
