T- Mobile just posted the details of the iOS carrier update on its support forum, just as we speculated would happen sooner or later. The update enables visual voice mail, 4G network indicator and couple of other features. You can obtain the update either Over the air (OTA) update or via iTunes. One of the Prerequisites for getting this updates is a “T-Mobile iPhone or any officially unlocked GSM iPhone” meaning that T-Mobile is ready to accept those with unlocked iPhones onto their network.
