Facebook is rolling out a tested memory feature called “On This Day,” which is similar to Timehop. On This Day shows older posts you’ve shared (or were tagged in) in the past and shows them on the same date in earlier years. Only you will be the only one to see and take this trip down memory lane, but you can always share your older posts if you want to remind friends of your child’s first walk or your college graduation. The feature is supposed to be making its way to mobile and web users worldwide.
Now if Facebook brings competition to Timehop with this feature. But you can use both in conjunction to remember those rare moments.
