All Halo fans had to deal with the pain that came with the Halo: The Master Chief Collection launch on November 11th. The Halo: The Master Chief Collection launched with a nearly unplayable online multiplayer even after two weeks of several patches and scaling back the online options. For all those loyal fan who stuck with game, you’ll be pleased to know that a free Halo 3: ODST expansion pack is headed your way next month. Note, Halo 3: ODST is not a total overhaul, just say it’s the same old game running at 1080p and 60 FPS. A 343 Industries rep confirmed this on Halo Waypoint. The patch will also add the revamped “Relic” multiplayer map into expansion pack. The game getting a full remastered treatment this month will be “Relic” which will also come with a new name that’ll be revealed at a later date.
