Injustice 2 Trailer Showcases New Gear System

When Injustice: Gods Among Us released back in 2013 it was quickly welcomed by fellow gamers and DC Comics fans across the nation. Because it has become such a huge success right away, Injustice 2 is now in the works and will be releasing shortly. The classic, arcade-style fighting game brings an updated roster which contains the heroes and villains from the last release as well as some newer ones. All of them are getting new upgrades and costumes.

The primary focus this time will be the new gear system that offers new visuals and moves for your characters. There even appear to be some RPG themed elements in the game such as set gears and bonuses that you can “tune” the strength of your characters to fit your fighting style. You’ll have to earn these gears and bonuses though so don’t expect the game to be an easy breeze. Injustice 2 will launch on May 16th, 2017.
