Apple and Nike are extending their relationship with another version of a sports smartwatch, this the limited edition model is called NikeLab. Both companies started their smartwatch series partnership when introduced the Apple Watch Nike+ last September for those who runs. The new NikeLab will come in form of a space gray Apple Watch Series 2 with a white and black band,
The new limited edition NikeLab is basically the same as the Nike+ introduced last September, it maintains the same deep integration with the Nike+ Run Club app, exclusive Siri commands, GPS, a two-times-brighter display and water resistance to 50 meters*, still powered by the same dual-core processor and watchOS 3.
The only difference between the NikeLab and Nike+ is the later will only be available through Nike’s website, NikeLab locations, and at an Apple pop-up shop in Tokyo. Those who are interested in getting their wrists on one will have to wait for the smartwatch to go on sale on April 27th for pricing information and number of units that will go on sale.
