If your sole reason for not buying Sony’s third attempt ‘Sony Smartwatch 3’ at taking over the smartwatch market was the absence of a stainless steel version, you’d better hold that thought. Sony just introduced a stainless steel version of the SmartWatch 3 at its CES 2015 conference. The Sony SmartWatch 3 comes with the same 1.6-inch 320 × 320 display, IP68 water resistance chassis, Qualcomm chipset, and the same motion sensors. You can say that the new SmartWatch 3 traded its sport feel for the new look. I’d hope Sony would launch the SW3 with an affordable price tag some time this year.
