Watch President Barack Obama Become The First U.S President To Write A Computer Program

President Barack Obama just became the first U.S President to write a computer code. The P.O.T.U.S hosted a Computer Science Education Week workshop “Hour of Code” event in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building on the White House complex in Washington, DC, with 20 middle school students also in attendance. The President used Google’s visual programming language Blocky to create a simple program. Even though it was a simple code that President Barack Obama wrote, the co-founder Code.org, Hadi Partovi, told Wired that “No one starts by creating a complicated game.” The point here is, if anyone puts in the effort, he or she can learn to code just as proven by the Planet’s most powerful man. As we all know President Barack Obama released a speech on YouTube last year, asking Americans to learn computer science, “Don’t just download the latest app, help design it,” said the president.
