New Vine Updated Allows Android Phones To Use Existing Video Clips

Vine introduce the ability to import full or multiple clips to create a six second video from your camera roll for iOS users sometime in August. Android fans will be pleased to know that, the new Vine update version 2.5.0 comes with the ability to import and trim existing clips from your gallery. The new Vine app for Android comes with new features and fixes too, see the full list of what new in version 2.5.0 below.

  • A new button on the bottom left to access your camera roll
  • Preview videos of any length, and trim them to 6 seconds or less
  • Upload a single video, or mix and match to tell a story!
  • Undo last recording
  • Flashlight for recording in low light
  • In the edit screen:
  • Duplicate a clip, or trim a clip
The Vine app is available for free from the Google PlayStore, be sure to grab it or update your existing version for the new features.
