My App of the day, goes to Unity Launcher from Omkar Deshmukh. This App deserves a “Shut Up And Tech My Money” shout out for the day. So if you are an Ubuntu enthusiast, you can go to the PlayStore, and download the free version to try it out. Unity launcher brings Ubuntu’s style of app selection with just a swipe.
The app dose not replace your existing launcher, rather it adds more fun and functionality to your personal customization. The Installation and configuration is pretty easy, it lets you pin your apps to the slider and access it from any location “Cool” right. Apps like this, are the million reasons why I love and currently still use Android phones. I tried it on CM 10.1 and it works great too, I had to change the swipe edge height to prevent it from interrupting my keyboard, so I advice you to do the same.
