Enthusiast and users are expecting Apple to unveil a redesigned MacBook Pro at the Mac event on Thursday. Well, Apple let some of the details slip out, thanks to the images hidden inside yesterday’s update to macOS Sierra. The image depicts a new MacBook Pro, a touch panel located above its keyboard (possibly called the Magic Toolbar), and a fingerprint reader which will definitely come in handy for macOS Apple Pay support.
From what we see in the leaked images, I’m certain that we’ll be getting a narrower MacBook Pro with slimmer bezels. Also, it looks like the touch panel will get rid of the hardware keys found on older versions. They keys look flat as well, makes me wonder if Apple will be reusing the same butterfly mechanism keys we saw on the 12-inch MackNook. The images do not contain performance details or information of the rumored USB-C ports. I guess we’ll just have to wait for October 27th to see what other cool feature will be coming to the new MacBook Pro.
