It feels like it took forever for AllCast to bring its streaming app to iOS, the app was officially launched for Apple’s mobile OS today. For those of you new to AllCast, the app allows you to send media from device, Dropbox, iCloud and Instagram to your smart TV, Chromecast (or Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and Xbox). To use the app, you have to grant AllCast permission for it to access your photos, then hit the cast icon in the lower left corner to chose a target to stream your media. Swiping left or right helps you navigate your media being displayed on your screen. As for casting your music, this feature is limited to your iTunes contents. The AllCast app is available now on the App Store now and you can get for free (it has some optional in-app purchases).
