Nintendo announced in today’s press release that the Wii Mini is coming to the U.S this holiday season. With the recent news on discontinuing Wii shipments in Japan and Europe, the company is pushing ahead to release the Wii Mini console which sold 35,700 units in Canada in two months. The Wii Mini will be sold for $100, I guess that what you get for a console that doesn’t include Internet connectivity. The redesigned Wii Mini is expected to arrive sometime in November, and comes bundled with Mario Kart Wii. So if you are not a fan online game play, then this is the perfect and affordable holiday gift.
