Have you ever taken a long road trip in the passenger seat of the vehicle and managed to catch yourself dozing off and napping? Of course, you have, what about your younger children, remember them going to sleep after just a few hours in the back seat? Well, Ford does too, and they want to replicate that environment for your baby with the new Ford Max Motor Dreams baby crib. Max Motor Dreams imitates your cars driving patterns, vibrations, and engine noise (via speakers), all while in the safety of your home.
Ford has even added LED lights on the crib to imitate the street lights as well. Ford Max Motor Dreams comes with an app that tracks your car’s driving routes so it can mimic the movements as it gently vibrates and rocks your baby to sleep.
Ford has only one concept crib made, for now, so don’t expect to see a working model this year. There isn’t any pricing on it yet. Until it releases hopefully Ford can partner with a popular mattress company for an adult version of this smart bed in the future.
