Periscope for iOS has just updated its app with plenty of new features. One of them, that was definitely needed was the ability to “mute” broadcasters from your everyday pop-up notifications. You’ll still see their Periscope shows in your feed whenever they go live. The notification feed has been revamped to only display featured broadcasts relevant to your interests and language preference. And with iOS 8 you can use the “handoff feature” so that you can share your live streamed Periscope show to your MacBook, iPad or iPhone easily (and vise versa).
Android users may also get these new features to Periscope soon.
