Pinterest is now teaming up with Apple to add new Install buttons to every pinned iOS app. The only way any Pinterest user can even see those buttons, is to be on a mobile iOS device (iPhone/iPad). When you click on them the app will brings up their App Store profile automatically. Pinterest is further increasing its mobile traffic by applying Apple’s iTunes App Store support. Hopefully we will receive a Play Store and Amazon AppStore support in the future (preferably this year). But for current iOS users, you now have the ability to take advantage of the new Apple App Store account or view the collection of pins compiled by Pinterest’s staff to see the new feature on your mobile device.
