Casio who’s known for their rugged and stylish watches for outdoor enthusiasts is introducing a smartwatch that runs Google Wear OS. The new Pro Trek Smart Outdoor Watch or the WSD-F20A will cost $100 less than the company’s older Wear OS watches.
When it comes to this series of Casio smartwatches, users will be getting the usual Google Wear features that have been customized by Casio to make the OS useful for outdoor navigation. The Pro Trek Smart Outdoor Watch (WSD-F20A) will launch on May 1st, it’ll set you back $399 which is $100 less than the older WSD-F20.
For the price of $399, Casio’s latest smartwatch is rugged and water-resistant, it also functions as an activity tracker. Other features include GPS and mapping, an altimeter, barometer, and compass. The GPS onboard the Pro Trek Smart Outdoor Watch addresses the shortcomings the older version of the series faced when it comes to its outdoor functionality.
