Altec Lansing DVR DJ Headphones

Never before have we seen a pair of DJ headphones come shipped with built-in cameras. This week Las Vegas is hosting CES 2016, and if you’ve been to one of these events, then you know anything is possible (3D Printed Pizza anyone?). Audio electronics company Altec Lansing is planning to do just that, make something that was once deemed impossible, very possible. With the upcoming release of their newest DVR DJ-styled headphones, Altec Lansing will not only be providing great audio quality but now you’ll be able to capture 1080p videos at 30 fps. The audio electric company has even added WiFi to the interior, this allows the wearer to livestream the very video footage to a projector, or you can leave it stored in the internal memory space that is also available. No one expects cameras and WiFi to be built into a pair of headphones but with the addition of 8GB of internal memory (with expandable memory support of 32GB via SD card), and an impressive battery that can last up to 7 hours on a single charge. I can’t wait to get my hand and ears on a pair of these bad boys. With all the extras, the main concern here is about the audio quality, hopefully, Altec Lansing keeps us happy in that department as well, especially considering the fact that these headphones will sell for $200 in the next upcoming quarter.
