Recently, looks like Instagram has beeing doing a lot of listening to its users and bringing needed updates to their filter-driven photography app. We saw an increase to the limit of video clips last week, and today, Instagram is rolling out a new way for users to browse videos they like. The new update adds video channel tailored for specific topics in the app’s Explore feed.
The Explore tab still lets you catch up on what’s popular on Instagram based on photos and video clips you’ve liked. The new update will now also have the Explore section display “Featured” channels filled with videos on specific topics like “Videos You Might Like” or comedy stars. These updates to Explore will only be available in the United States, the guys from Instagram stated in a recent blog post that “We’re working to bring this to the rest of the world soon.” The new Instagram version 7.20 is available today in Apple’s App Store and on Google Play.
