Need for Speed is one of the biggest racing games that is available many popular consoles and they will be releasing their newest game on November 3rd (North America only). But sadly they have mentioned that the PC version won’t make it until next year (around spring 2016). Of course the Need For Speed team isn’t crushing Steam & PC gamer’s dreams on purpose, game developer Ghost Games says this delay gives them plenty of time to implement an unlocked framerate and improve the games graphics for PC. The plan is that when the PC version does arrive, gamers will automatically receive all of the DLC & updated content released on consoles up until that point.
The Need for Speed team will be holding a closed beta for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles in October of this year. Their goal is to test their dedicated servers for performance and stability. You can go and sign up for the closed beta here before September 28th at 10AM CEST (4AM ET).
An important message from the team around the PC release, which is moving to Spring 2016. Full details here: http://t.co/o0qOfbXB2S
