Lenovo just launched its new tablets days ago, the Yoga Tablets 8 and 10. The tablets already hit stores now at $249 for the 8-incher and $299 for the Yoga Tablet 10. The specs are okay and gets the work done, I can say it’s good enough spec to test the waters with the company’s new tablet design. The Yoga Tablet comes with a cylindrical edge at one end, and a metal kickstand that is hidden right under your finger tips. It’s difficult to ignore the fact that the Tablets come with 18 hours battery life, thanks to the new design that packs a 600mAh battery for the 8-inch tablet and 9,000mAh for the 10-incher in cylindrical edge.
The Yoga Tablets run on Android 4.2.2, 1,280×800-pixel-resolution screens, a 1.6-megapixel front camera, 5-megapixel back camera and a Dolby Digital Plus DS1 front-facing speakers. The the Yoga Tablet comes with a 16GB eMMC and a microSD storage expansion slot expandable to 64GB with MicroSD.
The tablet has a Micro-USB port for charging, a 1.6-megapixel front camera, and a 5-megapixel back camera. The Yoga Tablet is generally a good tablet, as it gets an extra kick with its stand and comes with an awesome battery life. Overall, the Yoga Tablet is a very choice if your don’t care much about performance, as Lenovo sacrificed performance for power. Thanks to the kick stand and amazing cylindrical grip that lets you do more with your tablet. The Yoga Tablet comes with an optional $70 keyboard dock and a $30 cover case that comes in four different colors for each tablet. You can buy the 8-inch tablet from Best Buy and Lenovo.com, and the 10-inch Yoga Tablet from the likes of Amazon and Newegg.
