Finally, there’s some good news for owners of Tesla’s Roadster line from the CEO himself. Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirmed on Twitter that Roadster Model is getting a battery upgrade that will extend the Electric Vehicle’s range from 244 miles to almost 400 miles. The Roadster upgrade will have it outdo the Model S which has a range of 255 miles only. Also Roadster owners will now have more than enough juice to drive all the way from San Francisco Los Angeles, without having to pull over for a recharge halfway. We expect to get more information from Tesla CEO Elon Musk about the said upgrade today, as stated in his Christmas Tweet.
