Lenovo’s New VR-Ready Legion Gaming Towers Pack A Punch

Lenovo Legion Y920 Tower

Lenovo recently unveiled three gaming towers, if you missed the news, all three gaming towers are VR-ready. The most spec’ed out of the three is the Legion Y920 which runs Window 10, you can get it with up to a seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7700K quad-core processor, the gaming tower is powered is by an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card.

The hype about the newly released tower is the optional inclusion for a 32GB 2800Mhz Corsair Vengence LPS overclockable DDR4 memory and integrated Asetek liquid cooling. The Legion Y920 is available with either two 512GB PCIe SSDs in RAID 0, or a 512GB SSD paired with a 4TB HDD. The gaming tower will be avilable in September, pricing starts at €2,299, or $2,715 USD. If you are intrestedin getting your PC liquid cooled, you’ll have to wait till October.

The Legion Y520 Tower:

  • Up to a seventh-gen Intel Core i7-7700 processor
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU
  • Up to 16GB DDR4
  • Up to 256GB PCIe SSD and 2TB HDD
  • Four USB 3.0 ports; two USB 2.0 ports; one microphone jack; one headphone jack; one HDMI port; and one RJ45 Gigabit LAN
  • Starts at €749, or $884 USD
Lenovo Legion Y520

What’s tower launch without a a good gaming monitor, well, Lenovo is also launching a 24.5-inch gaming monitor called the Y25f. The Full HD display has a 144Hz refresh rate with 400 nits of brightness. The Lenovo Legion Y25f Gaming Monitor will be available starting at €299 (VAT included) in January 2018
