Domino’s Pizza hired a creative agency called T + Biscuits, and AeroSight (a UK based drone specialist,) to test how practical it would be to deliver a hot, delicious pizza with the DomiCopter to your doorstep. The video posted on the chain’s UK YouTube channel shows you just how attainable it is. You can see the DomiCopter fly a pizza across the British countryside to its destination, the current DomiCopter prototype can deliver two, large pizzas in about ten minutes within a four mile radius of the store, future version’s expected to use GPS coordinates to deliver your pizza. T + Biscuits stated in a post on their site, “we were looking at innovative ways to deliver pizza and thought, what is cooler than a flying pizza?” Check out the video below to see Domino’s latest delivery innovation
